Orders Placed before 2pm

Virtually all orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same working day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2pm are despatched the next working day.

Orders Placed before 11am Saturday will be despatched that day and orders after 11am on Saturday will be despatched on Monday.

Order Processing

All orders are checked prior to passing through processing and packing. Should any items be in a back-order status, you will be informed at this stage with an anticipated timescale.

Courier

We despatch small lightweight orders via Royal Mail, and heavier items by Courier.

Delivery Estimate

Once payment has cleared we aim to deliver items between 2 and 5 days, unless item description states differently or item is on back order.

Email Confirmation

When your order is packed and despatched, you will receive an automated email.

UK delivery charge are displayed in the shopping Cart. If you are located outside the UK contact us for a shipping quote.

Back-order Despatches

If a part is on back order we will give you details on estimated delivery dates. We always aim to keep you informed of progress.
